While we are not tied to only offering them, our wines, cider, and spirits will always be centered around small producers that practice organic, biodynamic, and sustainable agriculture. Some of our wines will also be "natural" wines, which are not only organic, but limit the use of sulfur, commercial yeasts, fining and filtration. Natural wines are left untouched, from harvest, though fermentation, aging, and bottling. Being that our focus is on small-production wines, naturally many of these have been practicing sustainable agriculture for generations and have never had to rely on pesticides and herbicides to maximize fruit output from their vines. Above all else, our wines will be hand-selected, tasted, and of the highest quality, and the same attention will go into choosing a $9 bottle that go into a $100 bottle.
